ODM & OEM Services for European Charging Brands

We build chargers that carry your brand — on platforms proven in volume commercial operation. Full-process ODM: industrial design, mechanical design, tooling, electronics, operations platform and contract manufacturing, from one accountable partner. Prefer to assemble in Europe? We also deliver as SKD kits or board-level platforms for your own line. Here is exactly how a project runs, from first call to serial production.

How We Work

  1. Requirements & NDA

A technical call with your product team, under NDA. We map your target spec, certification scope and volumes against our platform library.

  2. Platform proposal

We propose the closest field-proven control platform and list what is reused versus what is custom. This is where certification risk — and time-to-market — is decided.

  3. Design & customization

Enclosure, firmware behavior, branding, connectivity options. You review the design; nothing goes to tooling without your sign-off. Because the control circuits are modularized in our platform library, a full development cycle typically takes 3 months for an AC controller and 4 months for a DC controller.

  4. Prototype & validation

Working samples for your lab and field validation, with test reports from our standard AC/DC test-case library — hardware and software test points written, reviewed, executed and tracked case by case in our R&D management system.

  5. Certification

We support CE certification and OCPP conformance on our field-proven platform — see "Certification support" below.

  6. Production & sustaining support

Serial production at our assembly factory in Jingzhou, Hubei, with agreed QA gates, plus firmware maintenance and change management after launch. Typical serial-production lead time: 45 days. MOQ: 300 sets for standard controller boards · 1,000 for custom board designs · 500 units for AC chargers · 100 for DC chargers · 20 for charging stacks and storage-integrated systems.

Local Assembly Partnership

European buyers increasingly want charging hardware assembled close to home — for lead time, serviceability and local-content strategy. That is the model we have run for a decade: 1,500+ charger builders in China assemble their own products on our boards. We support the same partnership at whatever depth of localization you choose.

Model 2

SKD Kits + Your Assembly Line

  • We ship tested board sets and component kits; final assembly and end-of-line testing happen at your European site
  • Includes line onboarding, test procedures and ATE fixture transfer — your product leaves your factory

We back your localization strategy with engineering transfer — test programs, fixtures, documentation and training move to your line, not locked away in ours.

Certification Support

  • OCPP: our charging platform runs OCPP 1.6 in large-scale commercial operation, with OCPP 2.0.1 support in final development — first delivery scheduled for December 2026.
  • CE: our AC platforms hold CE certificates under LVD 2014/35/EU, EMC 2014/30/EU and RED 2014/53/EU — covering EN IEC 61851-1:2019, EN IEC 61851-21-2, and the full radio suite for 4G and NFC (ETSI EN 301 489, EN 301 908, EN 300 330, EN IEC 62311); we manage the test-house process for your variant.
  • Ahead of the standard: AC platform designed with margin against the IEC 61851-1 Ed4 draft — operational after a 3kA short-circuit event, welded-contact detection, three-color status indication.
  • As EU AFIR (Regulation 2023/1804) drives smart-charging and open-protocol requirements across European networks, OCPP 2.0.1 keeps appearing in operator tenders. Our platform runs OCPP 1.6 in volume operation today, with OCPP 2.0.1 first delivery scheduled for December 2026.
  • Test reports: we support customers through third-party lab testing on our control platforms, including on-site engineering support during the test campaign.

Factory & Quality

  • Facilities: Shenzhen headquarters (R&D and engineering); assembly factory in Jingzhou, Hubei; annual capacity: 1,000,000+ controller boards, 200,000+ AC chargers, 10,000+ DC chargers
  • Production: in-house SMT workshop with air-shower entry, temperature/humidity-controlled floor and warehouse, ESD-managed processes; humidity- and static-sensitive components stored under controlled conditions
  • Incoming inspection: AQL sampling plans on all incoming material; qualified component and supplier libraries feed every new design
  • In-process test: AOI after SMT, ATE circuit testing after through-hole assembly, functional test fixtures for every board, then board-level burn-in (aging) testing
  • Complete-charger test: full-function ATE testing and burn-in of every assembled charger before packing
  • Quality system: ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified (since 2021)
  • Field data: rolling 12-month hardware failure rate of 880 PPM across shipped boards
  • Supply chain: IDH agreement with one of China's largest electronic-component distributors — original-manufacturer pricing, supply priority and direct technical support
