Complete-Unit ODM
- We design, certify and build the full charger under your brand; you sell and operate
- Fastest route to market — the model behind our European deliveries today
We build chargers that carry your brand — on platforms proven in volume commercial operation. Full-process ODM: industrial design, mechanical design, tooling, electronics, operations platform and contract manufacturing, from one accountable partner. Prefer to assemble in Europe? We also deliver as SKD kits or board-level platforms for your own line. Here is exactly how a project runs, from first call to serial production.
A technical call with your product team, under NDA. We map your target spec, certification scope and volumes against our platform library.
We propose the closest field-proven control platform and list what is reused versus what is custom. This is where certification risk — and time-to-market — is decided.
Enclosure, firmware behavior, branding, connectivity options. You review the design; nothing goes to tooling without your sign-off. Because the control circuits are modularized in our platform library, a full development cycle typically takes 3 months for an AC controller and 4 months for a DC controller.
Working samples for your lab and field validation, with test reports from our standard AC/DC test-case library — hardware and software test points written, reviewed, executed and tracked case by case in our R&D management system.
We support CE certification and OCPP conformance on our field-proven platform — see "Certification support" below.
Serial production at our assembly factory in Jingzhou, Hubei, with agreed QA gates, plus firmware maintenance and change management after launch. Typical serial-production lead time: 45 days. MOQ: 300 sets for standard controller boards · 1,000 for custom board designs · 500 units for AC chargers · 100 for DC chargers · 20 for charging stacks and storage-integrated systems.
European buyers increasingly want charging hardware assembled close to home — for lead time, serviceability and local-content strategy. That is the model we have run for a decade: 1,500+ charger builders in China assemble their own products on our boards. We support the same partnership at whatever depth of localization you choose.
We back your localization strategy with engineering transfer — test programs, fixtures, documentation and training move to your line, not locked away in ours.
